PASTORAL COUNCIL MINUTES (UNAPPROVED)
JANUARY 19, 2023
Meeting started at 7:45 with Fr. Jose leading us in prayer.
Members present: Dave Schubert, Deb Woitalla, Fr. Jose, Jeff Thomas, Doug Knopik, Andy Woitalla, and Yvonne Kisor. We did not have a quorum so meeting was for discussion only.
Teresa Thesing explained to the council about the 4 parish directory. Pictures will be taken February 23 and 24 from 2 – 8:30 and Saturday from 10 – 4 at Holy Cross. You can make your appointment online or before and after church on Sundays. If the days at Holy Cross do not work, pictures can be taken at any of the other 3 parishes. If you get your picture taken you will get one picture and one directory. Pictures can also be submitted for a $15 charge.
Sacristy roof and ceiling tiles has been tabled until spring when the snow is off the roof.
YDE’S was here and they have ordered new pilot lights for the oven.
We discussed the bid for carpeting and have decided to expand the bid and get a second bid.
We discussed insulating and putting up dry wall on the north wall behind the alter.
